1. About us

This website and store are operated by HandsomePaws ("we", "us", "our"), Ground floor, 241 O'Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other store policies (including our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies). The store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Products and orders

We sell digital downloads (such as printable art, planners, advent calendars and invitations) and made-to-order printed products. We try to describe and display products accurately, but colours and appearance can vary between screens, printers and paper. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price, and we will refund any payment in that case.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Personal-use licence for digital files

When you buy a digital file, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or upload the files (in original or altered form), or use them in products for sale. All copyright and other intellectual property in our artwork and files remain with HandsomePaws.

5. About our artwork

Artwork is created by HandsomePaws using digital tools, including AI-assisted generation, and curated and edited by our studio.

6. Refunds and shipping

Refunds, replacements and delivery are covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our site for any unlawful purpose, try to interfere with its security or operation, or copy our content except as these terms allow.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
